About the 3D Pen
Not at all! We’ve designed the pen to be super easy to use – even for children. It’s truly Plug & Play. The pen comes with a clear user manual, and if you still have questions, our team is always here to help!
Yes, our filament is produced with sustainability in mind! Wherever possible, we use recycled filament – without compromising on quality or safety. This means you can create amazing designs while also contributing to a greener future. Got questions or want to learn more? Feel free to get in touch!
Absolutely! Our 3D Pen is specifically designed with children’s safety in mind. We recommend it for ages 6 and up, but even younger children can use it safely under adult supervision. The pen includes fingertip protectors and doesn’t get hot on the outside, so little hands can create confidently and safely.

Use the fingertip protectors on the hand you’re not drawing with. They allow you to safely bend and shape the warm, flexible filament to create amazing designs without burning your fingers.
Issues & Malfunctions
Make sure you’re holding down the load button, rather than just clicking it once. Check that the temperature is set correctly for the type of filament you’re using. Try using the highest speed setting to load the filament. Sometimes, gently pushing the filament into the pen while loading can help it feed more smoothly.
Always trim the tip of the filament if it’s been used before – this helps prevent blockages. To resolve the issue, try carefully removing any stuck filament near the nozzle using a fine pair of tweezers. Increase the temperature and speed while unloading. If the issue persists, feel free to contact us for further assistance.
Press the load button once to stop extrusion. If that doesn’t work, turn off the pen and unplug it. Wait a few seconds, then plug it back in, turn it on, and try again. This usually resolves the issue.
Ensure you’ve selected the correct filament type from the menu. The pen usually takes around 60–90 seconds to heat up, depending on the filament selected. If it still hasn’t heated after that time and the light remains red, turn the pen off and back on again, then try once more. If the issue continues, please contact us at info@mmbrands.nl for further assistance.
In most cases, the speed slider can be clicked back into place easily. Try gently reattaching it. If that doesn’t work or the issue keeps happening, don’t hesitate to contact us for support.
Shipping & Orders
If your product was shipped with a Track & Trace code, you’ll have received it by email once we handed your order over to the courier. Haven’t received the email? Please check your spam or junk folder first. Still nothing? Just send us an email at info@mmbrands.nl – we’re happy to help!
Unfortunately, we depend on courier services and due to high volumes, they’re not always able to guarantee 100% on-time delivery. We always make sure your order leaves our warehouse as quickly as possible and is handed over to the courier’s sorting centre.
We understand delays can be frustrating, but rest assured we do everything we can to ensure a speedy delivery. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 5 working days after placing your order, feel free to contact the courier’s customer service or get in touch with us – we’ll gladly look into it for you.
If you’ve received an item that’s damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, don’t worry! Just email us at info@mmbrands.nl, include a photo of the issue, and briefly explain what’s wrong. We’ll do everything we can to find a suitable solution together.
You can find your order number in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. You’ll need this number if you wish to return an item.
We aim to ship your parcel using the best carrier and service available for your location. You can find detailed information about delivery times and shipping rates per country on our shipping page.
Returns
Returning is easy! Just follow these steps:
- Email us at info@mmbrands.nl within 30 days of receiving your order to let us know which product(s) you’d like to return.
- Our team will send you clear return instructions.
- Follow the instructions to complete the return process.
You must register your return within 30 days of receiving your order. After that, you’ll have another 14 days to return the item.
To receive your refund and help us make someone else happy with the product, please ensure the following:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- All original packaging contents must be included
- The product must be in its original condition – unused and undamaged
If you’d like to exchange an item, simply return the unwanted product and place a new order for the one you want. Once we’ve received and processed the returned item in good condition, we’ll issue a refund.
Once we’ve received your returned product, we aim to process it within 7 days. As soon as your return is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and your refund will be issued within a few days.
If you’ve followed all the return steps but haven’t received your refund within 7 days of us receiving your return, please send us an email at info@mmbrands.nl. We’ll look into it right away.
